Pricing questions
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the request limit?
We never cut off your service. We will notify you and you can upgrade your plan. Additional requests are billed at an overage rate that varies depending on your current plan.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No, all plans are monthly with no commitment. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billed period.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the Growth plan. No credit card required to get started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers for annual plans, and VAT invoicing for European businesses.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT. Spanish customers pay 21% VAT. EU business customers with a valid intra-community VAT ID apply reverse charge. Non-EU customers are exempt.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% off the monthly price. For example, the Growth plan goes from €59/month to an equivalent €47.20/month (€566.40/year instead of €708).
How do I migrate from Doofinder, Algolia or Klevu?
Our team assists you with migration. We export your existing rules and synonyms when possible, and import your catalog automatically. The trial period covers the migration so you can validate in parallel before cancelling your previous provider.
Where is the data hosted? Is it GDPR-compliant?
APPROSEARCH acts as a Data Processor under GDPR art. 28. We provide a DPA, a public sub-processors list, and EU hosting migration planned for Q3 2026 (available on request for Enterprise customers earlier under SCC 2021).
What does support include per plan?
Start includes email support during business hours. Growth adds priority response (<24h). Scale includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Enterprise adds 24/7 support with guaranteed SLA and contractual credits if breached.
