Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. The change applies immediately and is prorated for the time left in your billing cycle.
We never cut off your service. We notify you and you can upgrade your plan. Additional searches are billed at an overage rate that depends on your plan.
The number of searches the engine handles at the same time for your store: 20 in Start, 50 in Growth, 200 in Scale and 400 in Enterprise. This headroom absorbs traffic peaks during campaigns and sales.
Stores: 1 in Start, 1 in Growth, 10 in Scale and 30 in Enterprise. Languages: 1 in Start, 3 in Growth, 10 in Scale and 30 in Enterprise. Currencies: 1 in Start, 2 in Growth, 5 in Scale and 10 in Enterprise. If you need more, talk to sales.
No. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period. The annual plan is paid upfront and covers 12 months.

Yes. If you subscribe during the trial, you keep the days you have left: the first charge is on the day the trial ends.
If you choose a plan, your search keeps working. If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, your search is paused, with no charge. The conditions are in the terms of service.
The Custom plan includes every feature of Enterprise, with limits, terms and invoicing agreed with you. Talk to sales and tell us about your catalog and your traffic.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers for annual plans, and VAT invoicing for European businesses.
No, prices exclude VAT. Spanish customers pay 21% VAT. EU business customers with a valid intra-community VAT ID apply reverse charge. Non-EU customers are exempt.
Yes. The annual plan costs 10 monthly payments: you pay for 10 months and use 12. For example, Growth costs €59/mo or €590/yr (€49.17/mo equivalent), so you save €118 per year.
Our team assists you with the migration. We export your existing rules and synonyms when possible and import your catalog automatically. The trial period covers the migration so you can validate in parallel before cancelling your previous provider.
APPROSEARCH acts as a Data Processor under GDPR art. 28. We provide a DPA, a public sub-processors list, and EU hosting migration planned for Q3 2026 (available on request for Enterprise customers earlier under SCC 2021).
Start includes email support during business hours. Growth adds priority response (under 24 h). Scale includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Enterprise adds 24/7 support with a guaranteed SLA and contractual credits if breached.
